- ReadingWrite was founded by Katie Smith in June of 2008. Katie is a certified Dyslexia Testing and Tutoring Specialist. She is a Minnesota licensed teacher with 7 years of teaching experience in Special Education- Learning Disabilities. Katie has taught students reading, writing, spelling, math, social and organizational skills in the public schools. She has tutored many students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities.
